Sheet Cleanup: Rows to Columns Converter

1. Aggregate data for cleaning in proper format
- One column needs to be labeled "STACK_ID"
- All other columns will be converted to rows stacked next to "STACK_ID"
2. Input data into its respective Dropzone within the interface.
3. Click "SUBMIT" to start the process.
